Established over 20 years ago by John and Allan MacGregor, (father and son) as a land diversification project on their estate at Binn Farm, Binn Group has quickly become a recognised and trusted name for all waste management needs for domestic and trade clients.
Rapid growth has seen the company expand and evolve beyond the original landfill site provision and skip hire business, to create Scotland’s largest and most diverse independent waste management operation. Today the firm employs around 100 people.
Substantial investment and international expertise have created one of the country’s most technologically advanced waste recycling and processing centres.
Now, the Binn Group is poised to drive waste management forward towards a more sustainable and environmentally friendly industry. “We operate from a 60+ acre complex near Glenfarg, Perthshire,” says Chairman John MacGregor. “So, the business is in a prime location to access, process and recycle waste materials from all areas of the country. Both port and rail freight facilities are available within 10 miles of the complex, making it ideal for all our operations.
