This training course is for potential mentors or those refreshing their mentoring skills, where you will learn the interpersonal skills necessary to mentor someone else effectively in the context of our enterprise mentoring programme.

The course will enable you to:

• Understand the qualities and skills required to be an effective mentor.
• Use planning and prioritising tools with a mentee.
• Become more self aware and better able to understand others.
