Peer to peer mentoring is well known across the business community – many business professionals credit their success to a single mentor. This invaluable one to one business support model is now being replicated for young people!

Developing the Young Workforce Perth and Kinross (DYW PK) has developed a mentoring programme to enhance the future of our local young people by matching professionals, with those who need support the most.

The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) are partnering with DYW PK on this event to help YOU discover how YOU could make a difference – You’ll hear from some of the programme mentors from the local business community, the impact it has had on them and more importantly from some of the young people whose lives are being impacted by the support they provide.

As part of this event, we are delighted to be joined by global learning and development solutions business, Insights, which will run an introductory session to help you better understand yourself and how you could make a difference!
